We are on VACATION!

Hello Stitchers!

Tomorrow we leave for Maine. We will be gone at least 5 weeks. We will be stopping first in Virginia to see my Uncle and Aunt. Then we will be on our way to Maine to see Bill's family. Here is the truck we will be packing with lots of stuff including two bikes. We can't leave home without our bikes.

Now for a stitching update. Last Friday I started the Mary Wigham Forever SAL. I only got a little done Friday,Saturday and Sunday. I have been so busy this week with packing and getting things ready for vacation. Did I mention that yet?

Here is my start. I am going to have so much fun stitching on this during the drive. I have all my supplies packed and ready.

I am stitching this on 32 Count Jobelan Lambswool. Started this in California. I will have updates when possible.

Take care all!

Hugs,
Carolyn

Your trip sounds awesome! Wish I was going with you. The weather up there and along the way should be nice as you get closer to Maine. My son is getting ready to move to Cal. so he can get discovered. He wants to be a actor and will graduate from a school in D. C. with his Master's in Shakespeare acting.
So someday I may get to come see him I hope. I have always wanted to see CAL.
Where do you get those blinkies and how do you put them on your computer?
Have a great trip!
I'll pray for your safe trip and return. Don't be a stranger. I think MW's sampler is a good choice those big blocks of color will be easy to keep track of on the road. Did you pack a separate suitcase for your stitching like I did when I went to Cape Town S. A.?
I am spreading the word that I have my blog up after many hours of trail and error. It is justonemorestitch-lenna@blogspot.com. Check it out if you have time. I like your blog and will be back.
Take care and have fun~
God Bless ~
Lenna
